To ensure clarity and fairness for all our customers, please review our policies below.

🔁 Returns Policy

We sincerely hope you love your purchase. However, in the rare instance that you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will be happy to assist you.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The return request is raised within 07 days of delivery.

• The saree is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.

• All tags and original packaging are intact.

• A clear unboxing video is mandatory at the time of opening the parcel.

The unboxing video helps us understand the concern fairly and process your request smoothly.

Without an unboxing video, we may be unable to approve the return.

Return Process

1. Share your order number, images, and unboxing video via email or WhatsApp.

2. Our team will review your request within 48 hours.

3. If approved, we will arrange a complimentary pickup.

4. The product will undergo inspection at our facility.

5. Upon approval, refund or exchange will be processed.

Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days after successful inspection.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes preferences evolve.

You may request an exchange within 07 days of delivery if:

• The product is unused and in original condition.

• All packaging and tags are intact.

We will arrange pickup for the return.

If the new selection:

• Is higher in value — the price difference must be paid.

• Is lower in value — the balance will be issued as store credit.

All exchanges are subject to availability.

🚚 Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping across India.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

• Delivery timelines typically range between 3–7 working days depending on location.

• Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched.

While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays due to courier partners or external circumstances may occur.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To ensure smooth service for all customers:

• COD orders are confirmed via phone or WhatsApp prior to dispatch.

• COD is available for eligible locations only.

• A small COD handling charge may apply (if applicable).

• Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

• Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of COD facility for future purchases.

We request customers to kindly place COD orders responsibly.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Products without an unboxing video

• Items that have been used, washed, or altered

• Customised pieces (if applicable)

• Sale or promotional items (if applicable)

🌿 Product Authenticity

As our sarees are handcrafted and rooted in traditional artistry, slight variations in weave, texture, or colour may occur. These nuances are not defects — they are a reflection of authentic craftsmanship.

Due to lighting and photography variations, slight color differences may occur.
