Welcome to Maa & Me Wardrobe. By accessing or using www.maanme.in, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a transparent, fair, and seamless experience for all our customers.

1. Brand Philosophy

Maa & Me is built on celebrating the bond between generations through sarees. Each product is thoughtfully curated and handled with care to deliver not just apparel, but emotion and tradition.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or

• You are using the platform under supervision of a parent or guardian

3. Product Representation & Authenticity

• We strive to display products as accurately as possible.

• However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Lighting and photography

  • Screen settings

  • Handcrafted nature of sarees

These variations are not considered defects, but a mark of authentic craftsmanship.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified.

• We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice.

• Payments are processed via secure and trusted payment gateways.

5. Orders & Acceptance

• Orders are confirmed via email/WhatsApp after successful placement.

• We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders due to stock unavailability or verification issues

  • Refuse service in case of misuse or suspicious activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

• Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on location.

• Tracking details are shared post dispatch.

While we aim for timely delivery, delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD orders are confirmed via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

• Available only for eligible locations.

• A nominal COD charge may apply.

• Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

• Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to restriction of COD services.

8. Returns Policy

Returns are accepted only in genuine cases where:

• The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

• Request is raised within 7 days of delivery

• Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags and packaging are intact

Mandatory Condition

A clear unboxing video is required at the time of opening the parcel.

Without this, we may not be able to approve returns.

Return Process

• Share order details, images, and unboxing video via email/WhatsApp

• Request will be reviewed within 48 hours

• If approved:

  • Pickup will be arranged

  • Product will be inspected

  • Refund/exchange will be processed

Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days after successful inspection.

9. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery

• Product must be unused and in original condition

Exchange Terms

• Higher value product → Pay the difference

• Lower value product → Balance issued as store credit

• Subject to product availability

10. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Products without unboxing video

• Used, washed, or altered items

• Customized pieces

• Sale or promotional items

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

• Brand name

• Images

• Designs

• Text and creatives

12. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website or its services

• Attempt fraudulent transactions

• Abuse promotional offers or COD services

13. Limitation of Liability

Maa & Me shall not be liable for:

• Minor variations in products due to handcrafted nature

• Delays caused by logistics partners

• Any indirect or consequential losses

14. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
